Fabulous 2* Taste Award EV Rapeseed Oil - the UK's best, in my opinion. Such a versatile oil and Andy (the cartoon character on the label) is a real person - he's the farmer & owner of the business and quite a character too. I enquired once about the banning of some insecticides, asking if that would affect him - he just picked up the phone and called me! You don't get that kind of attention from any of the 'big players'. He doesn't know this, but about a quarter of what I buy from him, I donate to local charities for whom I'm a 'slave' fundraiser! I put a sticker on the 5L tubs inviting the winner to contact me. I give them Andy's contact details and hope he gets a repeat order!
Turned up on time. Oil did the business, as usual, on the roast potatoes. Top British product.
Beats all other cold pressed rapeseed oil hands down!
